I specialize in working with individuals, grassroots groups, and small organizations (budgets under $1 million) and offer a sliding scale fee based on budget size. Core consulting services include:

Start Up & Incorporation

Exploring the pros and cons of different incorporation models, best practices for working with a fiscal sponsor, and understanding the need for accountability and transparency to the community

Coaching

I work with individuals and groups to:

• Set professional goals that align with personal values,
• Explore new careers and opportunities,
• Build inclusive leadership skills, and
• Troubleshoot challenging situations and build a path forward.

Whether you are just beginning a large project or are already in-process, I offer:

• Research on existing resources and gaps in services
• Strategic planning
• Project management from start to finish
• Assessment & outcomes measurement

​Writing & Editing

Grant Writing – I specialize in writing proposals for grants between $5,000 and $50,000 from state agencies, municipal governments, and both private and public foundations. Please note that I am not taking on federal grant applications at this time.

Copy Editing – I offer editing services for a wide variety of material, including op-eds, website and social media texts, grant proposal drafts, campaign literature, speeches, reports, cover letters, and resumes.

Pricing

In order to make my services affordable for those with limited resources, I charge a sliding scale fee based on the size of an organization’s budget. Please contact me for a quote.
